Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all flight and car rental reservations secured through our platform. By making a booking, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Policy

  • You may cancel you flight free of charge within 24 hours of your booking, provided the flight departure is 7 days later.
  • All airline tickets are non-refundable after 24 hours from the time of booking, unless otherwise specified by the respective service provider or its fare rules.
  • You may cancel your car rental booking latest prior to 24 hours of your pickup schedule.
  • Car rental bookings cancelled prior to 48 hours of pickup are free.
  • Car rental bookings canceled by phone within 48 hours of check-in or pick-up date/time are not fully refundable
  • Flight refunds and cancellations are strictly subject to the terms and conditions of the airline or car rental supplier.
  • Agency service fee is non-refundable.

2. Cancellation Requests

  • Flight ticket cancellation requests must be submitted at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled departure.
  • Requests will only be accepted via our customer support phone line and must be subsequently validated through email confirmation for security and privacy purposes.
  • An acknowledgement of your cancellation request by us does not guarantee refund approval. Processing is subject to airline or car rental supplier’s approval.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Failure to check in, late arrival, or no-show.
  • Overbooking situations handled directly by the airline or rental company.
  • Delays or cancellations due to strikes, force majeure, or events beyond our control or that of the service provider.

4. Refund Processing

  • We will process refunds or waivers only if approved by the airline or car rental supplier.
  • Refund eligibility, amount, and processing timelines are governed entirely by the service provider’s policies.
  • The entire process may take 60 to 90 days from the date of your initial request to the final disbursement of funds.
  • We are not liable for any delays in refund processing caused by the airline, car rental supplier, or payment gateways.

5. Customer Responsibility

  • You are required to cooperate in the cancellation or refund process, including validating requests via email.
  • Any failure to provide timely confirmation or documentation may result in delays, rejection, or closure of your request.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Our role is limited to facilitating communication between you and the airline or rental supplier.
  • We shall not be held liable for denied refunds, partial refunds, or delays in processing caused by the service provider.

In addition to the charges and penalties of airlines or car rental supplier, JollyHop will levy a nonrefundable booking, post-booking, or cancellation services fee, as applicable. All refund fees are charged on per-passenger, per-ticket basis. These fees will only be assessed if a refund has been authorized by the supplier or a waiver has been received and when the airline/supplier rules permit such refunds. If the carrier or supplier denies the refund, we will refund you our post-ticketing service fees applicable to your agent assisted refund request, but not our booking fees for the original airlines ticket.
