2. Our Role
JollyHop provides travel management services in partnership with airlines, car rental companies and travel insurers. We act only as an intermediary and do not control or guarantee the services of these suppliers.
3. Responsibilities & Limitations of Liability
- In case of service failures (cancellation, delays, overbooking, strikes, weather issues, etc.), your sole remedy is with the service provider, not JollyHop.

- Errors, omissions, accidents, or delays caused by suppliers.
- Fluctuations in prices, currency conversion differences, or fare changes after booking.
- Misrepresentation of products by suppliers (photos, amenities, discounts, etc.).
- Some bookings may be non-refundable or carry penalty fees for cancellations or changes.
4. Exclusion of Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall JollyHop, its suppliers, service providers, or distributors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any special, punitive, exemplary, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to lost profits, lost business, lost opportunities, or lost savings, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, that arise out of, or are in any way connected with:
- (a) the use of, or inability to use, the Site or its Content;
- (b) the services or materials provided on the Site; or
- (c) any travel reservations made through JollyHop, whether via this Site, by telephone, or otherwise.
This exclusion applies even if JollyHop has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages; in such cases, the above limitation shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
5. Pricing & Discounts
- Ticket or booking prices may differ from the amount printed on the ticket (due to bulk fares or airline policies).
- Discounts depend on several factors, including the selection of travel supplier/insurer, travel class/vehicle type, season, destination, advance booking, and seat availability.
- Currency exchange rates vary; quoted prices in local currency are only guidelines.
6. Adherence to Rules & Requirements by Travel Suppliers/Insurers
- By booking with us, you also agree to the Terms & Conditions of the airline, car rental company or travel insurer.

- Full payment when due.
- Compliance with rules regarding fares, products, or services.
- Credit card or cash deposits at check-in for incidentals (unrelated to your JollyHop payment).
- Violation of travel supplier or insurer’s rules may lead to penalty, cancellation of your booking or relevant legal action(s) as per their terms.
7. Indemnification (Your Responsibility)
You agree to protect JollyHop, its employees, and partners against claims, losses, or damages arising from:
- Any claims you raise beyond the stated liability (where allowed by law).

Any third-party claims caused by:
- Your breach of our Terms & Conditions.
- Your violation of laws or third-party rights.
- Your misuse of the Site.
